Campaign Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This policy explains how VidHyper prepares and manages advertising delivery for eligible YouTube campaigns after a customer authorizes a campaign budget.
1. What campaign delivery means
VidHyper helps prepare and manage advertising campaigns for submitted YouTube content. After a campaign is ready and eligible, the authorized campaign budget is used for advertising delivery on the advertising platforms involved in running the campaign.
For eligible YouTube campaigns, VidHyper prepares and manages advertising delivery through Google Ads.
Campaign delivery is a digital advertising service. It does not involve physical goods or physical product fulfillment.
VidHyper is an independent advertising service and is not associated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google.
2. Before a campaign can begin
Before advertising spend begins, campaign setup may include confirming the submitted video or channel context, audience direction, budget, and whether the content appears eligible for advertising under applicable platform rules.
Customers should review campaign details carefully before payment. The amount shown before checkout is the campaign budget they authorize.
3. Platform review and eligibility
Advertising platforms may review content and campaign settings. They may restrict, reject, pause, or otherwise limit a campaign. VidHyper does not control those decisions and cannot guarantee approval, placement availability, or uninterrupted delivery.
Where a video is not approved for advertising, the options described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy may apply.
4. Campaign start and delivery
A campaign starts when advertising spend begins. Exact start timing and delivery pace can vary based on content, audience direction, budget, platform review, inventory, competition, and other platform factors outside VidHyper’s sole control.
VidHyper does not promise a fixed start date, fixed campaign duration, fixed delivery volume, guaranteed results, or a guaranteed reporting cadence.
5. Campaign adjustments
VidHyper may make reasonable campaign-delivery adjustments needed for setup, compliance, or ongoing campaign operation. These adjustments are intended to keep campaigns operable and aligned with platform and policy requirements.
This policy does not claim that every advanced optimization feature exists in the product today. Available controls and workflows are those shown in the VidHyper experience at the time of use.
6. Campaign status and reporting
Where available, campaign information is shown through the applicable VidHyper account experience. Reporting and status updates can be delayed by advertising-platform processing and reconciliation.
Figures shown in the account experience may therefore lag behind actual delivery for a short period. VidHyper does not promise real-time reporting.
7. When delivery cannot continue
Eligibility issues, platform or policy decisions, technical problems, payment issues, or other platform constraints can prevent a campaign from starting or continuing. In those cases, cancellation and refund handling follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Contact
