VidHyper is an independent advertising service and is not associated with, endorsed by, or partnered with YouTube or Google.

Depending on how you use VidHyper, we may process:

• account and contact data, such as name, email address, and phone number when provided;
• campaign setup details, including budget, audience preferences, countries, and timing;
• submitted YouTube links, channel information, and related campaign context;
• communications you send to us, including support or refund requests;
• technical and device information needed to operate and secure the service; and
• payment-related confirmation information needed to record that a campaign payment occurred.

VidHyper does not claim to store full payment-card details. Card payments are handled through payment providers, and VidHyper receives confirmation and status information needed to operate the campaign and account records.

• communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and requests;
