Payment & Billing Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This policy explains how VidHyper presents campaign amounts, processes one-time payments through Stripe, and handles related billing questions.
1. Currency and campaign pricing
All listed campaign prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Before you pay, VidHyper presents the final campaign amount for the campaign budget you are authorizing.
Review the amount carefully at checkout. That shown amount is the campaign budget used for the campaign, not a separate hidden service fee.
2. Stripe payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. VidHyper does not store full payment-card details.
You can read Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Linking to Stripe’s policy does not mean Stripe endorses VidHyper, and it does not create any partnership or affiliation beyond using Stripe as a payment processor.
3. When payment is taken
Payment is due at checkout before campaign preparation and advertising delivery begin. A campaign is not treated as paid until payment succeeds through Stripe.
4. One-time payment model
VidHyper campaigns are one-time payments. There is no:
- subscription;
- recurring billing;
- auto-renewal;
- automatic top-up or auto-replenishment;
- hidden service fee; or
- separate undisclosed setup fee.
5. Payment confirmation
After a successful payment, VidHyper provides payment confirmation in the checkout or campaign flow where available. Confirmation details may also appear through Stripe’s own payment communications where Stripe provides them.
This policy does not promise a specific invoice format, tax document, or email receipt beyond the confirmation methods actually available at the time of payment.
6. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments
If a payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed, or reasonably suspected of fraud, VidHyper may pause a campaign or may not begin campaign preparation and delivery until the payment issue is resolved.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit lawful consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. Refunds
Before a campaign begins spending, customers may request a full refund of the authorized campaign budget. After a campaign has begun, only the remaining unspent campaign budget is eligible for refund. Advertising spend already used is not refundable.
Full refund rules, including platform reconciliation after cancellation and options when a video remains ineligible, are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Taxes
Where taxes or similar charges apply and are required to be collected, they are shown before payment. If no additional tax line is shown before payment, the amount presented is the amount authorized for the campaign budget at checkout.
This policy does not invent a specific VAT, invoice, or tax-registration practice beyond what is actually presented during checkout.
9. Contact
