Performance Marketing Lead
Responsibilities
- Set paid-growth strategy across relevant advertising channels.
- Define measurement frameworks, budget direction, and performance priorities.
- Design and interpret experiments that improve acquisition quality over time.
- Turn campaign data into clear decisions, useful recommendations, and process improvements.
- Partner with product and operations to improve campaign quality and customer outcomes.
- Maintain a strong standard for platform policy awareness and advertising integrity.
What we are looking for
- Proven ownership of performance-marketing strategy, experimentation, and campaign measurement.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, attribution limits, reporting, and process leadership.
- Comfort working across advertising platforms and with changing priorities.
- Clear written and spoken professional English.
- Must currently live in Brazil or Turkey.
Paid Media Manager (Multi-Platform)
Responsibilities
- Build, monitor, and improve paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising / Bing, and other relevant channels.
- Translate campaign goals into practical audience, budget, placement, and creative-direction decisions.
- Monitor spend, delivery, policy status, and performance signals.
- Keep campaign documentation and operational handoffs accurate.
- Surface issues early and collaborate on practical solutions.
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience managing paid media across more than one advertising platform.
- Strong familiarity with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and advertising-policy requirements.
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Clear written and spoken professional English.
- Must currently live in Brazil or Turkey.
